1018. Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Defence if any changes have been made to the three-person panel announced by him on 25 January 2022 in relation to the Independent Review into dignity and equality issues in the Defence Forces. [40884/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraFollowing receipt of a proposal from the Independent Review Group, I recently approved the appointment of a fourth member to the Group.
Mr. Don Hegarty has taken up this position and I welcome him to the Review Group.
Mr. Hegarty holds Chartered Companion membership of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD). He has 39 years’ experience in Human Resource Management with 25 of these spent at Director Level. He is a former member of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and has over 16 years’ experience in the provision of HR consultancy services.
