1094. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the progress, if any, that has been made in attempting to have funds recovered following a transfer to an incorrect account in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [42600/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraOfficials from my Department are in contact with the relevant individuals in the company concerned and are making arrangements to facilitate a refund of the funds to the Department. Once this is finalised my Department will then be in a position to make a payment to the person concerned.
