1446. Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons successfully prosecuted for conspiracy to commit burglary within the Louth Garda division in each of the years 2019 to 2021 and to date in 2022, in tabular form. [43574/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy will be aware that the management of the courts, operational matters and logistical functions are the responsibility of the judiciary and Courts Service, which are independent in exercising their functions. Data regarding the number of successful prosecutions in a particular area is maintained by the Courts Service.
