Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 772 of 12 July 2022, the date on which the CHO 4 HSE chief officer ascertained that they had support for the closure of a centre (details supplied) from local senior clinical managers prior to finalising the decision to close the service at a later meeting on 22 June 2021; the details of each of these consultations and meetings; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
