Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Health the way in which, in general, non-patient-facing HSE managers including managers with involvement in the roll-out of the Covid vaccine to patients and front-line staff in their local CHO, were notified of the dates on which they could avail of a first dose vaccine in 2021; if they were notified in writing or by phone as a rule; the exceptions that there would be for these communications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
