Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Health if HSE management consulted with the Mental Health Commission prior to transferring a resident of a centre (details supplied); if the resident has been accommodated in a single or shared room in unit 3; if the resident was offered a trial placement with the option of returning to the centre in the interim if the placement did not work out; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
