112. Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Finance the amount raised through VAT on non-oral animal medicines and vaccines in each of the years 2017 to 2021 and to date in 2022, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46635/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by Revenue that traders are not required to identify the VAT yield generated from the supply of specific goods or services in their periodic VAT returns. Therefore, it is not possible to provide an estimate of the amount of VAT raised from non-oral animal medicines and vaccines.
