152. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the amount expended on the engagement of a person (details supplied) to investigate and produce a report into the management of conflicts of interest and relevant disclosures by the deputy chairperson of An Bord Pleanála in relation to certain decisions of that board and related matters; and if he will provide the third-party costs, if any, associated with the investigation and final report. Total costs submitted to my Department by Mr. Remy Farrell Senior Counsel in relation to the completion of the Report into the management of conflicts of interest and relevant disclosures by the Deputy Chairperson of An Bord Pleanála in relation to certain Decisions of that Board are set out in the table.
