686. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health if he intends to create a chief health and social care professionals officer in his Department; his views on same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49849/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department considers that health and social care professionals have important expertise which can support its policy work in a number of areas. There are plans to bring this expertise into the Department's work and consideration is currently being given on how best to structure this.
