Deputy Imelda Munster asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the basis that Section 56 childcare organisations which were previously Section 38 organisations, identified as public sector workers by their inclusion in the HSE superannuation scheme, were excluded from public sector pay agreements and pay restoration when re-designated as Section 56 organisations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
