Deputy Chris Andrews asked the Minister for Transport if planning permission has been approved for the new BusConnects route due to travel down Highfield Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6; the number of stops in total that will be installed on this road; and if residents were given prior notice before construction work recently commenced. Amharc ar fhreagraAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport. The National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for the planning and development of public transport infrastructure in the Greater Dublin Area, including BusConnects Dublin.
