Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage when the next formal review of the wild birds derogation process will be carried out; if it will be put out to tender; if so, the date of same; the primary and secondary legislation that will be within the scope of the review in the context of the derogation; and the primary and-or secondary legislation, if any, that will be deemed to be outside the scope of the review.
