Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will consider the application for an exceptional needs payment by a person (details supplied) who is appealing the decision to refuse their application for assistance to cover the fuel costs they are incurring travelling to Beaumont and St. Luke’s Hospitals for treatment.
