Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 248 of 28 September 2022, the status of the payment of the Covid-19 recognition payment to eligible workers in non-HSE and non-Section 38 organisations; if a contractor is in place to assist with payment to cohorts 1-4; the timeline that he is working towards for paying all remaining staff; if payments will be issued before Christmas 2022; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
