321. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health the steps he is taking to ensure workers in section 39 organisations receive the same annual leave entitlements as workers in section 38 organisations. [56060/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraAgencies funded under Section 39 of the Health Act 2004 are not public sector employers. Terms and conditions of employment for Section 39 employees, such as annual leave allocations, are not within my remit to determine. They are a matter between the employer and employee. I have no role in this regard.
