Amharc ar fhreagraFollowing the decision on 3 November 2022 of the Chairperson of An Bord Pleanála to retire early from his position, I announced my intention to initiate the process of appointing a new Chairperson. My Department is currently making the necessary arrangements to initiate the appointment process in accordance with the Planning and Development Act.
