410. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Social Protection if a decision has been made on an application for a State pension (contributory) by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [56709/22]

A State Pension (contributory) at the maximum weekly rate of €253.30 has been awarded from 20 December 2022. They were notified in writing of this decision on 11 November 2022.
I hope this clarifies the position for the Deputy.
