Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Justice the average length of time that is taken from application to grant of probate in each of the past five years; if work has been carried out by her Department to compare the process in Ireland with other countries; if actions have been taken or are proposed to speed up the process; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
