284. Deputy Francis Noel Duffy asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage when the review of the Building Regulations part B (Fire Safety) will be released for public consultation. [59415/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraDraft documentation in the form of revised draft Building Regulations (Part B Amendment) Regulations, Technical Guidance Document B – Fire Safety, and a Regulatory Impact Analysis are currently being finalised. My Department intends to bring these forward for public consultation in the coming weeks.
