Deputy Joe McHugh asked the Minister for Health if a new target date for the transfer of moneys for the special pandemic recognition payment from the HSE to nursing homes has been established; the measures that are being taken to ensure that this is met; if the applications that were not submitted until 18 November 2022 (details supplied) will be processed in time for the transfer of moneys to nursing homes before Christmas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
