Deputy John Brady asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will provide an update on the status of a passport application for a child (details supplied); if the application could be escalated given that the applicant’s travel date is imminent; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Passport Service has contacted the applicant's parent to advise of the possibility of booking an Urgent Appointment for passport renewal prior to their travel date.
