Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if Tusla's CEO will engage with or meet with a person (details supplied) who has requested a meeting; if he will respond to correspondence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy.
