102. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Taoiseach the number and details of compensation or redress schemes put in place by his Department since 1998, in tabular form; the number of claims made; and the total cost of the scheme. [6470/23]
Amharc ar fhreagraConsideration of any specific policy matter and associated compensation or redress scheme by Government is a matter for individual Departments in line with their statutory functions. Based on reasonable checks and searches undertaken in the time provided, this Department has not put in place such schemes arising from the responsibilities and work of the Department.
