Deputy Réada Cronin asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the pathway to access treatment and support for people suffering from avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, a new diagnosis in the DSM-5, previously referred to as selective eating disorder; when a clinical lead will be appointed in this area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
