Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Education if her Department will take the Explorium - National Sport and Science Centre into public ownership and re-open the educational facility, making it available to students free of charge; and if she will make a statement on the matter. This property is not in the ownership of my Department and is not a primary or post primary school. Any proposal with respect to the future use of the property should be addressed to the current owner in the first instance.
