241. Deputy Johnny Mythen asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the status of the funding stage 4 application and recommendation lodged with his Department on 23 March 2023 by Wexford County Council; if this can be processed as a matter of urgency with the ever increasing housing crisis; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department recently received a Stage 4/post-tender proposal for this project and is in discussions with Wexford County Council in this regard, with a view to having the project commenced as soon as possible.
