Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the reason for the delay in granting approval by his Department both for the three Part V units to be purchased by Louth County Council and the 18 turnkey units to be purchased by North and East Housing Association at Clós Émer, Saltown, Dundalk, County Louth; and the reason for the very long delay in granting cost approval for these much-needed social homes.
