Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the current waiting time between an International Protection Office referral for a second eligibility assessment for childcare services under the Childcare Act being received by Tusla and that assessment being carried out; the number of international protection applicants currently awaiting such a reassessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
