Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Health if all Section 38 workers who were entitled to the pandemic payment should have received it by now; the remedy mechanism there is for those who have not received it; and if he will request his Department to investigate the case of a worker (details supplied) who has yet to receive a payment as their employer has yet to be paid it.
