122. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of instances in which his Department used unlicensed software and/or lapsed licenced software in the past ten years to date; the associated expenditure on same to remedy the situation; and the software that was used. My Department does not use unlicensed or expired software. My Department complies with the parameters within licencing agreements. My Department's internal controls follow strict software asset management to ensure compliance.
