814. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health for an update on the implementation of the recommendations of the jury in the inquest into the deaths of persons (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34117/23]

I am unable to comment on individual cases, but I am aware of this very sad tragedy, and I would like to express my sincere sympathy to the family. I have asked the HSE to respond directly to the Deputy in a timely manner on implementation of relevant recommendations.
