205. Deputy Patrick Costello asked the Minister for Transport the cost to the State of issuing an individual driving licence. [35917/23]

This is a matter for the Road Safety Authority, which is responsible for the driving licence system. I have referred the Question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within 10 days.
