With regard to the specific FBR applications about which the Deputy has enquired, once the application of the older sibling is processed, the supporting documents will be returned to the parents, who can then in turn use those that are relevant to support the younger sibling’s application. It is the responsibility of each applicant (or their guardians if the applicant is a minor) to submit relevant and original documentation that demonstrates that person’s entitlement for entry into the Foreign Births Register.
