306. Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Finance how many representations by solicitors for a client were made in relation to prize bonds in each of the past 20 years, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36130/23]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the National Treasury Management Agency who manage State Savings that requests from solicitors are common in cases of estate management but such information is retained on individual customers’ files and is not retained in tabular form. Given the number of Prize Bond customers it would not be possible to research and tabulate this information.
