Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide an update on the current status of the working group within his Department on out-of-mortgage housing being operated by housing associations; if he can provide any indication as to when a report will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I expect to receive a report from the AHB Unencumbered Units Working Group in the coming weeks, which will feed into the wider work that my Department is doing in relation to the AHB sector.
