Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he is aware of email correspondence received by his office on 14 July 2023 from an organisation (details supplied); if he will address the concerns raised regarding a two-tier system; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that officials from my Department are engaging with the HSE to establish the facts around the issue raised. A response from the HSE is awaited and, following same, a full response will issue to the Deputy.
