Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of staff in the Local Government Management Agency working on procurement services providing support to contracting authorities and their respective grades; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of times the Local Government Management Agency has been contacted by contracting authorities for guidance on the inclusion of social and environmental criteria in procurement contracts; if the Local Government Management Agency monitors the level of use of social and environmental criterion in procurement by contracting authorities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information requested in respect of procurement services provided by the Local Government Management Agency is not available in my Department.
