Durkan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1005 of 8 November 2022, if a case manager has been appointed and met with the family of a person (details supplied); the steps currently being taken to provide them with the care required; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that responsibility for specialist Disability services transferred from the Department of Health to the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth with effect from 1 March 2023.
