Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Social Protection whether her Department conducts any research or compiles estimates of the number of people who are entitled to payments under schemes administered by her Department but who have not applied for them; if so, the total savings to the State as a result; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
