Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Health the process through which a couple (details supplied) can obtain a new GP accepting medical cards; where the relationship with their current GP is irretrievably broken but all attempts at sourcing a new GP have been exhausted without success; and where the PCRS advise they cannot appoint a GP for the patients involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
