Deputy Kathleen Funchion asked the Minister for Health if he will comment on the RTÉ report (details supplied) of August 2023 which showed there were almost 107,000 adverse incidents reported within the health service and that the number of incidents that have risen over the past five years; what steps or measures he has taken in view of these incidents; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
