290. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the number of legal cases taken against his Department in each of the past ten years and to date in 2023; and the costs associated with same in each of those years. [45398/23]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is continuing to review relevant records to establish the situation in relation to information of the kind sought by the Deputy, i.e. with regard to legal cases taken against this Department in each of the past ten years and to date in 2023. As soon as this process has concluded, I will ensure that an appropriate response is forwarded to the Deputy, including with respect to any such relevant legal cases.
