Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of badgers caught in body restraint devices on an annual basis since the introduction of their use, on a county basis; and if he will also provide a breakdown of the number of animals that died in the device, dispatched by way of licensed firearm and by the administration of IV barbiturates by a veterinary inspector.
