Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the position in relation to Section 38 Organisations, whereby a Labour Court support staff evaluation scheme decision has not been fully implemented, in that funding has not been released to pay staff back-dated pay owed to them from 1 January 2021; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
