Deputy Colm Burke asked the Minister for Health to confirm when a child who has been fostered (details supplied) will receive an appointment for a speech and language therapist, considering that this service is urgently needed by the child given their circumstances and that their foster guardians have been informed that it could take up to 18 months for this service to be provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
