Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport if he will provide a schedule by driving test centre, indicating the number of category B tests taken in 2021, 2022 and to date in 2023; and if he will provide a further breakdown of the number of failed tests as part of that schedule, in tabular form. Amharc ar fhreagraUnder the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Testing Service, including holding the detailed statistics sought. As such, I have referred the Deputy's question to the RSA for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
