Deputy Cathal Crowe asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he can provide an update on what actions Tipperary County Council have taken since the elected members of the Nenagh Municipal District unanimously passed a motion, at their meeting held on 21 September 2023, calling for the local authority to register ownership over the Kilboy Graveyard in Dolla; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
