297. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Education to provide an update on her Department’s intention to sign a waiver on the Sherkin Island national school property in order to facilitate its sale. [52570/23]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe relevant section within my Department has been in previous communication with the property owner's solicitor in relation to this case. In order for the request to legally surrender my interest in the property, as Minister for Education, a number of documents have been requested and are awaited.
The surrender request can be examined once the necessary documents are received by my Department.
