The Exchequer funding allocations provided to TG4 for the years 2022 and 2023 are set out in the following table.

The 2023 figure includes a supplementary allocation of €4m in addition to the €52.233m which was provided for in the Revised Estimates.
Since I became Minister in 2020, TG4 funding has risen from €37.2m in 2020 to just over €57m in 2024. During my term as Minister TG4 have therefore received increases totalling €19.8m, a very significant increase of more than 53% between 2020 and 2024.
