199. Deputy Alan Farrell asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of commencement notices that have been accepted by Fingal County Council in quarter 4 of 2023; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2121/24]

The data show 686 commencement notices for new homes were received in Fingal County Council in October and November 2023, the second highest for this period since records began in 2014.
Commencement data for December are due to be published in the coming days.
